Checking Fault Current Detection Assemblies

The MEB II test case makes it easy to test fault current detection assemblies on underground networks during commissioning or maintenance operations. The case is capable of generating a current of up to 350A. The current can be injected in forced or timed operation from 10 to 990 ms.

Verification of the detection assembly: Toroids, cable connection and detection assemblies
Control of the Imax operating threshold (2 passes to be made in the toroids)
Control of the operating threshold In (homopolar)
Detector timing control in 10 ms steps from 10 to 990 ms

5m long flow cable in 25mm² extra-flexible copper section equipped with locking plugs at the ends.

Output isolated from the general power supply by safety transformer NF EN 61558-2-6

Output voltage < 2.5Vac NF EN 61010-1

Environmental conditions
