ULTRA

Hệ thống ULTRA được cung cấp bởi nguồn nước tinh khiết cấp độ thứ hai hoặc thứ ba bên ngoài. Theo tiêu chuẩn, các trạm hoàn toàn tự động và không cần bảo dưỡng được trang bị hệ thống chẩn đoán camera tự động. Họ tạo ra nước siêu tinh khiết ở mức độ tinh khiết đầu tiên theo tiêu chuẩn PN-EN ISO 3696: 1999.
